WE DO MORE

History

It all began in 1993, when our founder and president, Mariusz Dowbor, entered into an agreement with the French company, FCI Framatome Group (today Souriau-Sunbank by Eaton), one of the leaders on the electrical connectors market and connectivity systems.
Since then, a lot has changed: we have gained a lot of experience, the circle of our trusted suppliers and customers trusting us has grown.

In 2026, DOMAR became part of the CSG Group.

CSG is a dynamic industrial group bringing together more than 100 manufacturing, research and development, and trading companies operating across several European countries and the United States. The Group employs more than 14,000 people and generates annual revenues exceeding EUR 6 billion.

CSG’s companies are organized into two divisions: CSG Defence Systems and CSG Ammo+. Combining businesses with more than a century of tradition alongside innovative start-ups, the Group continuously invests in advanced products and services that contribute to building a safer and more technologically advanced world.

CSG and its member companies adhere to the highest standards of corporate governance and pursue sustainable growth in line with the principles of environmental responsibility, social accountability, and business ethics.
